Wonderful
Great location right in the heart of all of the action. Shin-Okubo is the closest large station if you can find that-about a 10 minute walk. Staff is very nice and many of them speak English to help you out. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
Seems expensive for what you get but maybe that's just the cost for a good hotel in Shinjuku.

Comfortable hotel in the midst of shinjuku.
904 was a wonderful room. The waterfall feature in the bathtub was relaxing. The size of the room created a respite on the city. Our kids were in 708. Their room was adequate. You get what you pay for size wise! Light show outside elevator was a nice addition
We had the superior room 904. The bed was on a raised platform surrounded by a rocky textured floor. Getting up in the night was a challenge for us middle aged folks.

Wonderful
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the jacuzzi in the Luxury Twin Room, and the shower was great！The location was nice and safe. Definitely will recommend it to friends.
